This Agreement and any dispute arising out of it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with French English law, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. In the event that a dispute arises in connection with this Agreement, the Parties shall endeavour to resolve the matter amicably. If the Parties fail in this attempt within thirty (30) days of notification of the dispute by one of the Parties, the said dispute shall be resolved by the competent English courts in Paris (75), France.
